We perform research in the broad field of Earthquake Engineering and Nonlinear Dynamics with a focus on the following subjects
- Rocking (i.e. uplifting) structures
- Seismic isolation
- Ground motion analysis
- New methods of experimental testing using 3D printing
We also try to find correlations between the mechanical properties and the genome of bamboo.
